25200 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using 25200's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.

Effective Date: These Terms & Conditions take effect on 1 January 2026 and may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the 25200 platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing or using the 25200 website and services ("Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the Platform.

The 25200 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information you provide is true and accurate. 25200 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts that cannot verify age eligibility.

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 25200 platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts. During registration, you are required to provide your full name, a valid email address, and an active phone number.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 25200 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

Users are responsible for all activity that occurs within their accounts. You agree not to share your login credentials with any other party and to ensure that any device you use is protected against unauthorised access.

Prohibited Platform Activities

Users are prohibited from using the 25200 platform for the following activities:

  • Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or manipulate the platform.
  • Attempting to disrupt, damage, or breach the platform's security systems.
  • Operating an account on behalf of another person without valid written authorisation.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or transactions that violate Malaysian law.
  • Abusing bonuses or promotions through methods not permitted under the applicable promotion terms.

Payment Information, Deposits and Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)

All financial transactions on the 25200 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees apply for users paying via local payment methods. The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: FPX (internet banking), TNG eWallet, Boost, and local bank transfer.

Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

  • The minimum deposit is RM 10 for FPX and e-wallet methods, and RM 20 for standard bank transfers.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 and will be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the account holder's name.
  • 25200 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts that exceed specified thresholds.
  • Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be rejected, and the account in question may be suspended.
  • Withdrawal processing time is between one and three working hours, subject to bank verification.

25200 is not liable for any delays in transaction processing caused by external factors such as banking system outages or third-party technical issues. All transaction records can be reviewed under the History section within your account.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

Platform Liability Limits

The 25200 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. 25200 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors, service interruptions, or inaccuracies. To the extent permitted by law, 25200 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform, including the loss of betting funds due to unforeseeable technical failures.

Users acknowledge that sports betting and casino games carry financial risk. 25200 is not liable for any personal financial outcomes arising from betting activity conducted on the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 25200 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive property of 25200 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written consent from 25200.

Third-Party Links

The 25200 platform may contain links to third-party websites such as payment providers or game providers. 25200 does not control the content or privacy policies of those third-party sites and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of third-party services. Users are encouraged to read the terms and privacy policies of each third-party service before using them.

Account Policy, Termination and Changes to Terms

Account Suspension and Closure

25200 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, use of unauthorised bots or automated methods, failure to verify identity when requested, or any activity that violates Malaysian law. Users whose accounts are suspended for legitimate reasons are not entitled to claim a refund of any balance associated with activity that breaches these terms.

Users also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the 25200 support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the prevailing withdrawal policy.

Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

25200 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through voluntary discussion.
